The quality of our restaurant and delicious food shows how productive and caring the staff is when they're doing their job. Employee of the Month: During the start of the month December 2011, The Fat Factory staff have been working progressviely and collaboratively. However, only one of the workers had won the "Employee of the Month" award and special gifts as a reward to the most productive work throughout the month. The "Employee of the Month" award goes to Hugh Jas for his fine work at the Fat Factory. Hugh Jas has won, not only one, but two tickets to The Hawaii Islands, and a special Mercedes Benz car.
